The Melrose District of Central Phoenix is the closest you will get to a gayborhood and has been growing in recent years. As the Phoenix urban area is so geographically spread out, most queuer Phoenicians are too – so while the LGBT scene is undoubtedly rich and diverse, it is also very spread out.
